Bite-size Italian Bigne (pronounced be-nyay) filled either with plain crema pasticcera(confectioner's cream) or chocolate crema pasticcera. Pastry similar to the French Eclair. Lightly dusted with icing powder.

Handmade French meringues sandwiched together with cream. Hard on the outside with a lovely chewy centre. A real favourite with kids!
